What we collect

If you subscribe to the email list, we collect your email address — nothing else. If you do not subscribe, we do not collect any personal data that identifies you.

Why, and the legal basis

Your email is used solely to send the monthly valuation update (and occasional related notifications). The legal basis is your consent, given when you subscribe and confirm via the double opt-in email. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who processes it

The email list is operated by our email provider (Buttondown), which stores your address and handles delivery, confirmation and unsubscribes on our behalf. We do not store subscriber emails in our own database.

Retention

We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which it is removed from the active list.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can request access to or deletion of your data. Analytics on this site are privacy-friendly and do not use cookies to track you across websites.
